Kalkman does not collect any special and/or sensitive personal data.

Kalkman processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Kalkman also processes personal data when we are legally obligated to do so, like when using it for our tax return.

  • To phone or e-mail you if this is needed to perform our services

You can submit a request to access, modify, transfer or delete your personal data, or a request to withdraw consent or object against the processing of your personal data, by sending an e-mail to To make sure requests to access this data are actually made by you, we ask you to attach a copy of your identity card to your request.

When doing so, make sure your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone), passport number and Citizen service number (BSN) have been redacted. This is done to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but certainly within four weeks.
